The aim of this Module is to provide the student with: an opportunity to integrate and consolidate learning from theory, research and practice

3.  Critically analyse personal strengths and areas of need

Indicative Content

1 Responding to critical issues in counselling

Responding to critical events in counselling e.g. psychosis, violence, and disgust Critically analyse personal competence in work with clients

2 Critically analysing personal competence in work with clients

Lifelong learning needs e.g. dealing with stress and burnout, support, self evaluation

3 Identify lifelong learning needs
